All guests are charged from day one. If collected between our 8am - 10am time, there is no charge for that day.

We require proof of current immunization (F3 for cats) and any other important medical information for each pet in our care.
We only use quality cleaning products that ensure the safety of our guests.

Guests are charged for the day they check in – regardless of their arrival time.
Guests will not be charged for the day they check out if they depart before 10am. After 10am a full day fee is charged.
During peak busy periods, only one room is available per family of cats per customer.
